When did you transition to toddler bed?

We switched our kids to toddler beds when they began to try to climb out of their cribs. This keeps them from falling and getting hurt. Plus, once they can climb out of the crib it's the same as being in a regular bed anyway - they're able to get up whenever they want. Just make a really big deal about how your daughter is becoming a big girl and now she's old enough for a big girl bed. It should be fine!
