Why is there order in nature?
The world around us is arranged. Gravity holds the universe together, natural selection keeps what does not belong, out. The universe is contingent, even by those who render the big bang theory a reality. The hydrogen "ball", if you will, was infinitely small. But a hydrogen atom can only be so dense before the subatomic particles fuse, creating an infinitely dense element. Now you have a proton/electron/neutron hodgepodge. But this is not an infinitely small model of the universe. It's an infinitely dense subatomic particle. The question is, how can a universe so harmonious, sequential, and diverse, originate from something so simple and intelligible? Where did the order come from if it didn't come from the universe?
