What's going on, why is he like this?

My b/f moved from the states to live with me. He has no job. He drives my car. He doesn't help around the house. He doesn't allow me to have friends of the opposite . He only wants to have once or twice a week. He is crabby with my son. We only rent the movies he wants to see. He gets mad if he thinks he notices me looking at a guy....yet he ogles women with his eyes all the time, he is always looking and making a point of looking. He likes ...fair enough he's a guy...so I look at it with him, but now that's the only way he gets off. He doesn't really appreciate me, but doesn't want to break up. I don't get it? I'm not allowed to stay up and watch TV when he goes to bed. He has one set of rules for me and another for him. Another thing, all I hear is how great his mom is, how well she cooks, he runs to help her all the time...and makes me feel like I suck.
