I have two issues with my truck. Help please?

I don't recall covers being riveted on usually a screwdriver under it and it pops off. the window thing is a tricky question. If u are good at mechanical things and pay attention you can do it yourself. It is usually easier to replace the door but more expensive. Take your time and watch your fingers.
