From the nutritionists point of view garlic benefits people with high cholesterol levels. Chinese medicines and also most of the traditional medicines of the world support the presence of the garlic in nutrition because it is said that it makes people more energetic. Usually the gall bladder is the one carrying issues as garlic consumption is concerned. When people have gall bladder problems they cannot process the spice well and they tend to feel tired after consuming it.
