Why do conservatives dislike Europe so much?

Is it because they have clean cities, well maintained infrastructure, universal health care, get a large amount of its power from nuclear and green energy, the Chunnel, the longest tunnel (23 miles) in the world under the alps, and bullet trains and conservatives don't like change and would much rather live in the past?
