Why can't the bookworms and NERDS figure out what is wrong with the economy?

Why, I say, I say Foghorn-Leghorn; its the nature of such bookworms and nerds to create viable solutions to our economy's recovery; and equally the responsibility of the elect officials to listen, learn and activate. However; and I do say it clearly; there exist road blocks. There are those who will and have profited off the USA's economic crises. They are liken to the only store selling ice; during a heatwave. Should rain come with cooler weather; their profits decrease. Yet, I say, I say; unlike the controlling power of the weather, they can manipulate the economy.
