Is this emigrating plan realistic?

Any country you might be thinking of emigrating to would want to know what's in it for them. Nowadays you can't just up & go without any demonstrable skills which are actually needed in that particular country. Your best course of action is to contact the embies/consulates of the countries you are considering and asking them the question. If Australia (for instance) is short of website designers and you can get someone to offer you a job there then that might make all the difference. Same thing would apply to new Zealand, Canada etc. You can of course move freely around Europe but the language differences would be a consideration.
