Confused!! What to do?

So me and my boyfriend have been together for a year...im in love with him and i feel that he loves me too..but after hearing this news idk what to think or do anymore...okay he has a child with another woman...i just found out that he had proposed to her in 2009 but the mother declined...(we werent together of course) but i never knew this til now because his cousin told me...i did know that he said he talked about marrying the baby mother...i asked him if he ever loved her he said no and that he still doesnt..he wanted to marry her for the child..he told me that he cheated on her several times as well..and that he even told the mother that he was not in love with her...he told me that his bm tried to call and get back with him but he told her no that he is in love with me...he talks about marrying me now..and im just confused...dk if its another game or what. He is now in church though trying to get his life right. I just dont know anymore...help. He had a gf before me as well..and said something about marrying her..but it never happened...idk why he would marry a pothead like her anyway though...
