Should I be concern for my aunt?

My aunt is in her 60's and she is well off money wise however she has this 27 year old do her yard work for her. Recently the guy has made flirtation marks to her that flatter her. I told her to be ware but she doesn't heed my warning he has talk about getting marry with her what is he up to I have a eerie feeling it's not good.
