How do I get a good teaching job in a good area in Florida area?

My husband's job moves me around about every 5 years. I have a Ga,La, and TX teaching certificate. Now I am trying for a FL one. Ugh! He gets promoted and I get demoted! It is so hard "starting over" at 45. My resume looks like I am unstable because of the moves and schools don't want to hire me. Thus, I end up getting hired only at the very low income schools and poor disciplined schools etc..... help! Any suggestions? I have thought about changing careers from teaching to counseling or speech therapy for the next 20 yrs. of my career. My nerves and patience are not what they used to be .trying to deal with inner city kids and all that curtails....I have taught 15 yrs. and have my Masters..I just want to teach at a school in Florida that doesn't have bars on the doors and cops walking the halls at middle school.I have even had to practice protecting the kids if a gunman comes in the school.like at Columbine. It is so scary. I love kids and teaching. Times are so different
