Is this covered on my Honda warranty?

I bought a 2008 Honda Civic LX Sedan (Honda Certified Used Car) and my back seat is broken. (The backrest pops back and forth, like someone put the rear seats down and put a ton of weight on one spot) The warranty book says "Interior upholstery, door panels, console, plastic trim, moldings" are all NOT covered but it doesn't say anything about seats, so I'm curious.
