Why are there so many bullies on Y! Answers?

The lack of face to face communication definitely is a factor. As our world becomes more technology based and the need for human to human contact decreases, the socialization process of humans gets "jarred" and results in poorly constructed communication and reduced empathy. There are many other factors of course and even this one factor can be studied much more in depth.
