How can I listen to Giants games at work?

I live in Redding ca, they recently god rid of espn radio for some stupid reason, and I am pretty sure there is no radio station that has it here, if im wrong plz let me know. but is there anything I can buy, like xm or sirius that i could listen to the game on, info? thx
