Ok, i know that fish isn't the best food out there that people like, but it is extremely high in protein which is good for the muscles. Fish is very healthy. Salads are also good. I actually eat my salads without dressing (even though it tastes horrible). Also other types of vegetables. If you don't like a vegetable, you can eat it with something else to make it taste better. A good drink is water and the V8 juice. It tastes just like regular juice.
