Air force and navy both married bah roblem?

If you are at not at the same base as your spouse or within 50 miles then the Navy is not required to give you BAH w/o dependents at all. Standard regs are E5 and higher, E4 with more than 4 years in, married on accompanied orders, or married to other service member who is stationed within 50 miles. If you are in two separate locations you will be required to live in barracks or on board the ship. If you are not and closer than 50 miles then you will both get BAH w/o dependents.
